Personal fitness Training By Stacie

The fitness services I provide are unique as I offer more of a holistic approach to your health + wellness.

When you purchase sessions with me, depending on how you feel that day, you’ll have the option to choose a workout, private yoga class, or guided yoga nidra meditation. My intention in all of our sessions is to get the results you are looking for while taking care of your mind, body, and spirit. When all these areas work together in unison, anything is possible.

There are a couple ways to work with me - Yoga + Weights or Personal Training:

Yoga + Weights sessions – goal oriented workouts that combines meditation, yoga, cardio + weights with a soul soothing savasana.

Personal Training sessions – goal orientated workouts with a greater focus on weight training and cardio.

All sessions include nutritional guidance with around the clock support and are in the comfort of a private home studio.

If this is your first appointment with us, please purchase the Initial Goal Setting Assessment before purchasing other sessions.
