Ground to Expand: Yoga + Nidra

We are at a seasonal turning point and its time for us to flow with the rhythms of nature. As the air becomes crisp and the leaves start to turn and fall, it's important for us to move inward, ground, and center our energy so we can open up to more peace in our lives.

This 6 week yoga flow series does just that. We will flow through a grounding yoga sequence, connecting movement with breath and finish off with a soul soothing savasana. All levels are welcome.

For svasana, you will be guided through a relaxing yoga nidra meditation so you can rest on a deep internal level. Yoga nidra calms the nervous system, relieves tension in the body + mind, improves sleep, and awakens creativity.

Dates: Monday, Sept 14th - October 26th, 2019 (no class Thanksgiving Monday)

Time: 7:30-8:45pm

Location: Wild + Free home studio in O'Brien Lake

$120 + gst with 6 spots available to allow for adequate spacing.

Covid precautions in place, the room and equipment will all be properly sanitized before you arrive. Any questions, please send them my way.
