BE Calm Yoga Series

Beginning Monday, September 27th, this 6 week yoga flow series is designed to ground + calm the body, mind + soul. We will flow through a yoga sequence that will relieve tension in the body + mind by connecting movement with breath and finishing off with a soul soothing savasana. 
For savasana, you will be guided through a relaxing yoga nidra meditation. Yoga nidra calms the nervous system, improves sleep and awakens creativity.
All levels welcome.
Dates: Monday, September 27th – November 8th (no class Thanksgiving Monday)
Time: 7:30 – 8:45pm
Location: Our new yoga studio, downtown Grande Prairie
Price: $120 + gst 
Covid precautions in place, the room and equipment will all be properly sanitized before you arrive. Wear masks to your mat, once you are there you can take it off. Any questions, please send them my way.
